Default 93 Camaro Stuck In Park

I'm new to forum, just lookin' for some advice/ideas... I have a 93 Camaro that has been sitting in my yard... Last year someone stole the back rims and tires off it and set the back end up on patio blocks... Car has been sitting like that since, and I think the front end has sunk a little bit since there is a little bit of sand under it... The problem is is that the key will go in the ignition, but won't turn at all... Steering wheel won't budge at all and it is stuck in Park... If anyone can help me out, it would be greatly appreciated... Thanks!!!...

The front tires sinking into the soft ground may have turned the wheels and steering wheel some, putting a pre-load on the column lock.
Try turning the steering wheel hard one way or the other while turning the key.

Next thing I'd try then is jacking the front wheels off the ground. Your steering wheel should be able to wiggle left and right some, even when locked.
If you're getting "nada" for movement, there's a turning load on the steering.
