Well I'm at a loss, all fuses are good, cant find any wires under dash that have been butchered and spliced.
A new issue with the idle problem has appeared though, since the last ecu reset the ses light will come on at a stop light and idle will drop, ses light will go off and idle will go back up.

I think I've got it down to having to do with the heater/defrost being on.
The last couple of days it has been warmer and I've had the heater/defrost off and it has idled normal.
Which I dont understand as all the ac equipment is gutted from the car.

may be the computer is being told the ac pump should be on and if it is the idle needs to be up a little. thing is the computer is supposed to know the rpms and should try to hold at 8-900
