Default 3800 to 350

hello,

I have recently bought a 94 camaro in good condition but the engine is locked up so instead of fixing it im just going to put in another engine, a bigger engine... a 350 to be exact and i was wondering if anyone had done this could help me out or if you just have any general info that might be helpfull, also a friend told me that the drive train has speciffic torque rating that certain parts shouldnt exceed if this is true could you tell me what parts they would be and if it would be necessary to replace them.
