Default 300,000miles in 3.4 and still beating a mustang

well as alot of yall know i just got this camaro off a lady her son died on a bike and he has owned the car from day one well i have had problems out of her well now she is fixed and took her to the drag strip and beat a mustang with 300,000 miles on her never changed clutch or engine who would figer so now i can go and say FORD DONT HAVE **** ON THIS

Good job taking down a Mustang but 300K and still on the factory clutch is hard to belive. Now if the car was driving across the country, freeway all the way I could see it but not everyday driving.

any mods that you have added to the car?

nope the guy who owned it before me he was a car lover he had a old camaro and this one this was his driver from ws.nc to dc every week i knew the guy that how i know it all stock

Well I would be looking into a new clutch soon. They dont last forever and need replacing usually every 4 or 5 years.

yea she skips around some but she dose good i thinking about when the trans goes ill do engine so i go any stroker kits out there i can get

Manual transmissions rarely die unless they are abused. You may be refering to the clutch... when that goes then get a new engine.

glad to know that camaro beat a mustang, its nothing new lol. and happy to hear that 3.4 is still running strong.

yea she is a little beast just now doing a front end swap next week to the newer model fenders and front end and r8 lights
