Are you trying to do a rear mount system? No one seel a bolt on system. The exhaust would need to be custom made. 3 to 5K to turbo a 3.8. Heck for what it will cost you you could buy a running LS1 camaro that would be faster.

BTW you don't have a 3.6 you have a 3800

I fail to comprehend why so many people think that adding a turbocharger is such a simple thing, let alone getting the engine tuned to work properly with the turbo.

I know, Right. I think it comes from the tuner world. With the little sideways four bangers you can pop the head replace the pistons rods and the overhead cam and install a turbo kit in a weekend for under 3K. They grab some free software for tuning and the grad a tune form some other guy that already did this and tweak it from there. Then guys just say I added a turbo and I have a 10 second car in a weekend. What the newbees don't know is that just taking the motor out of a 4th gen Fbody is 3X the work of the tuner compete project there are no bolt on kits and no free tuning software. No bolt on kits mean not alot of people are doing it which means no step by step guide which put this out of the relm of most newbs.

Back when I used to street race everyone knew turbos where a major project requiring custom ground cam low compression a ton of port an polishing on the exhaust side of the head and a very custom exhaust.

I love how they think that they can just add a turbo to a stock engine and have it work right. THe stock cam and compression are set up for NA not for boost so you will never really get it right. This goes for the imports too!
