2002 firebird rims?

Hello, anybody know about the stock rims on my 2002 firebird?
I want to clean/polish them. Are they bare polished aluminum or are they clear coated/
What is the best way to polish them?

pictures , clear coated should show pealing polished will show fadeing on the polish ,I would take them to a guy that does nothing but wheels ,an they will know
