I went with the 01. It looks brand new!. Im just wondering what brand oil you guys recommend, and the frequency at which you change it.

uhh, well, at 100kmi, i wouldnt go synthetic. and i change mine in all my cars @ 2500.

With an LS1 use a full synthetic oil, change every 3000 miles to be safe.
