1999 Camaro "REDUCED ENGINE POWER LIGHT keeps popping up?!

Default 1999 Camaro "REDUCED ENGINE POWER LIGHT keeps popping up?!
...It's doing it more & more lately? It's mainly doing this on hotter days? When this happens I have no throttle power what so ever!?! We've tried replacing ALL the 02 Sensors underneath by the Cata. Converter but no such luck!~ What should we try next? please help? Thnx~ Kim~

make sure you oil and feuls are up to par, cheap oil or lowgrade fuel can cause that light to come on and kill power, id also check your vaccum, i believe that could have this effect too
