Default 1999 Camaro 3.8L V6 Camshaft Sensor Location

I just bought my son a 1999 V6 Camaro yesterday and of course the P0341 code showed up on the way home. After figuring out what that was I set out to find the camshaft sensor on the engine. Nowhere can I find a picture or good description of where to find it on the block. Can someone please tell me where it is or post a good picture so I can get this replaced?

Hey buddy, I own a 96 3.8 and our cars might be a little different so I’m not 100% sure but I believe it is the sensor to just the left of the crankshaft. I noticed mine had come barely unplugged and it made a ticking noise on my engine! I thought the crankshaft had gone bad but to my surprise it was that little sensor. Hope this helps!
