Insurance on a 4th gen is high, I'm paying like $150 a month for my Z28. Go with a 3rd gen, my dad has a 1983 Z28 and his insurance is very low.

I am paying $60 /mo for my ins and I have low deductables and the only coverage I dont have is collision. My rates would be about $90 with collision at $100 deductable. My wife pays about $120 per month for her car at $500 deductable and she has to have collision with the loan. Her car being one year newer does not matter but the LS1 matters alot.

Thank you. I like the grille I have I just want the CAMARO letters in the middle to be painted. I just have not gotten around to doing it yet. I got lucky with my car being sent to a state that does not require a front plate so I dont have any holes in the cover. Oh and my state does not require me to modify my car beyond how it was delivered from the factory.

Like Massey said go with a 3.8 liter. The more V6 with more little bit more muscle.

What state are you in? My state requires it too but Colorado does not and my car's destination was CO.
