Alright guys I need your help cause I am stumped...my car just started screwing up on me...what it's doing is on cold start it is perfectly fine but once I let it run for about 30 minutes to fully warm up it starts sputtering and then shuts off. Then it takes a good 15-20 seconds to restart the car but now the tachometer doesn't work. I'm getting the code p0372 which is too few pulses...has an MSD distributor cap and rotor button that was just replaced about 5 months ago. Need help asap

 

Are you only getting the one pulse code? Which engine do you have? Have you checked the fuel pressure?

 

the lt1 you should have could be a fuel issue of some sort ,I think that code is for the opti spark ,or fuel pump pressure ,check your connections too the opti ,as well as the idea of a bleeding check valve in the pump ,some ideas

 

could be the opti is failing or igntion control modual, my icm went and it would shut off after a few miles then after 10 minutes start right back up.

 

I found accel was as good as any for 59.00 no vent for rain to get in it or moister ,an had lasted years in mine
