i have changed the neutral safety switch and the ignition switch and fuel pump and the car wants to start but doesnt completly, when i put the key in the fast ding noise goes (like normal) but when i turn it to on position everything goes off, then the run position my gauges and everything come on and the car trys to start, and also i can move the car into any gear without the key.....do you guys think it could be a bad lock cylinder??? or bad ignition switch wiring? anything helps

 

sounds like the switch is out of adjustment. brb
