Default 1997 Camaro 3.8L to 2000 3.8L swap help needed!!!

I purchase a 1997 camaro that was missing the complete powertrain. The cut the engine harness on both side to get the powertrain out. I purchased a 2000 3.8l (62K) motor/trans, computer, engine harness and gas pedal. I installed everything but im having a few problems with three connections, the two connection used by the 1997 engine harness for the bcm is ommited in the 2000 3.8L harness and there is a connection the the passenger side that ommited from the 2000 harness. Does the 2000 camaro use a bcm?? Does anyone know what these connection are and if this setup will work. Any help on how to get it running please, tomorrow im going to have the new key made for the new computer. If you click on the pics below you can see the comment i added to the pics. Thanks

The BCM(Body control module) or the EBCM (Electronic Brake control Module)

the 1997 and 2000 have EBCM(electronic brake control module) the 1997 is the one in picture, isn't? I think in the 2000 is in the bcm or in other plase (my english is not really good) but I've the wiring diagram and it say: EBCM(Top of left front frame rail), I've wiring driagrams for the 1997 and 2000 , I've a lot of pictures too, but i don't know how to upload

The connection with the green and yellow wires plug on the steering column, The picture is of the 1997 connector but the 2000 harness uses that extra slot and put a brown wire there. I found out today that the brown wire thats added in ths slot in the 2000 harness goes to the headlights.

I have the 1997. I brought the powertrain from a guy which is where the 2000 parts come in.

Is it possible to just get the dash harness out of a 2000 because I dont want to replace the whole body harness because the doors and light wiring should all be the same. Do you think I can splice in the 2000 dash harness at the start of the doors?
