Exclamation transmission problem

hey guys, Im new to this and was wondering if anyone can help me. i have a 1996 3.8 camaro. its got really cold lately, down in the negitive numbers and lots of snow. the other day i got in it started it and went to pull it out of park and it felt like it was stuck and hard to pull. i pulled back anyways and it drove fine. next day it did the same thing but after i drive it for awhile it has no problem switching from park. until today i got in it and went to pull back well it wouldnt budge. i finally got it to come back but when i was in reverse i looked up and i was going forward. so i cant put it in park. i have to shove it forward as far as i can to reverse. im sure its the linkage or something. anyone know how i can fix it?
