Default 1995 LT1 fresh build, won't start.

So let's start with specs. Bored .030 over, reverse flow aluminum heads, ZZP lifters, Comp Cam pushrods, 1.6 rollers, Lunati Voodoo 515 Lift Cam, 600 lift summit racing valve springs, MSD optispark, MSD ignition Coil, New plug wires, TR55 Iridium plus, 28lb injectors, long tube headers, new fuel filter, every single sensor is brand new. The heads were cleaned/vaccine checked and all valves cleaned/checked along with seals. It is in time. It's getting spark (haven't tested every single plug yet) so, I finally got the motor put in the car and butted up to the trans, I go to turn it over and it seems to me like it's getting spark when it's in the exhaust valve cycle. It will then hit a few times and back fire quite a bit out of the intake/throttle body. I cannot get this thing to run. Any suggestions on what's stopping me? I've checked all grounds/wires/fuzes. Everything. I do have a few vacuume lines off as to having just put the motor in. Compression is great, oil pressure is great, fuel pressure is going to be tested tomorrow and spark so far is good.

Help, what do you think is the problem?

Also, it is a 1995 Camaro Z28.

double, tripple check the plug wires to make sure they are going to the right cylinders. very easy to get em wrong. if that's not it you may have gotten the opti in wrong, we have seen guys get the opti splined shaft in wrong. also did you take the opti cap off and lock tight the screws for the rotor.

I did lock tight the screws. As for the opti being splined properly. That I am unsure of. I may have it off or something.

it was the optispark being off time. Finally just fired it up for the first time. Thank you.

kool, installing it wrong can damage the opti but it sounds like you got lucky.
