1995 3.4 v6 not idling properly

No I have not had the fuel pressure tested. How is this done? Is it easy? Is it expensive?

not hard, stop by the local parts store and rent a fuel pressure tester/gauge. lots of videos on utube to show how.

For those wondering, I found a dry rotted, spongy vacuum hose running from the MAP sensor to the fuel pressure regulator. Replaced that and everything seems fine so far.

I knew it needed to be replaced pretty soon, but I just didn't think it was bad enough to cause all these problems.
