*PLZ HELP* Coolant bubbling/overheating
I have a 1994 z28 LT1, recently the battery was loose and cracked the radiator, so like any good owner i immediately replace the radiator. I went ahead and drained the block of coolant and flushed it with a garden hose as well. After all was good and drained i replace the coolant. Soon after i noticed it heating up a little high, even after i turned on both fans (225+ degrees). When i turn off the car the fluid bubbles and over flows out of the resevoir. My trouble shooting thus far - removed thermostat, took off water pump cover and checked rotation (good), bleeders opened (they dont always have anything coming out of them whether it be air or fluid), manually primed the line with fluid while refilling the system again. And i havent had any oil in my coolant or coolant in my oil/no white smoke in the exhaust (so head gasket should be ok).
Some one please help me its driving me insane, i havent been able to drive my baby in 5 days!!!

What degree of thermostat do you have in? I had switch to a 165 deg thermostat and it make a pretty good difference, but I would start with double checking you do have all of the air out of the system and that you aren't overfilling it with coolant. Also are you sure your water pump isn't bad, pretty common thing for an lt1
