Im close to getting a pair of 2460 hooker headers with the smog setup but the only ypipe i can find replaces the cat(16767 hooker y pipe). Can i bolt these headers up to the stock ypipe for now? Is there another ypipe that will fit or is the only way to keep the cat a custom ypipe? thanks

btw its a 88 305 tpi with manual trans.

 

they wont bolt onto stock ypipe.. looks like ill be needing a custom ypipe
