i got an 85 z-28 but i have no lights non of the dash works no window where should i start looking

 

id start by checking all the fuses first

 

fuses r all good

 

There are also fuseabel links. May have some by the battery and there will be some coming off the starter. Don't just look at them. Pull on them slightly. Some times the wire will not burn away but it will get rotted or just burn off inside the plastic link.
