HELP PLEASEi have a 5.0 TPI,86,i believe batt gauge shud sit around half way 13volts, wich is wat it was sitting at but the other night i had 2 get a jump start i have since tightened alt.belt(as was a little loose) and changed batt to a new one now the gauge is sittin 3 quarters the way up around...im guessin 16ish volts wen driving if i put the heaters 2 full wack it comes back down 2 half way, i rekon its the alternator but main question is,Is it dangerous 2 drive, cud it spark a fire? cheers, amy x
