Hey Everyone new to the forum. Had a question or two hoping someone could help me out. I Have a 1991 Camaro RS with a 305 V8 TBI. the first question i have is that when i got the car some of the timw whenever it shifted into second it feels like it kicks real hard i was told that it needed a clutch plate but since it's automatic i was told it dosent have one that it might be the flex plate will the flex plate cause the transmission to kick and for my second i assumed my starter was going out because i can hear the bendix not catching some of the time or just get a click and sometimes nothing at all, i was told to check my flywheel(assuuming flex plate) it may be loose not allowing my starter to catch my question is if thats the case then would i still get the clicking like the starters not engaging. any help or information would be greatly appreciated
