If I park on a hill, I leave a puddle. My Super T10 is leaking fluid at the rear of the transmission. I dropped the driveshaft and took out the old seal. It’s stamped National 4725 with a space followed by what looks like 2SSR. I’ve tried two that supposed to fit; they don’t. The T10 has a 32 spline output shaft, 26 spline input. Four speed manual shift, manufactured in 1978 and still kicking.
What is the correct replacement part number and who makes it? Please advise.

 

Nothing heard here to help me; so I continued my search. Found the part I needed at Camaro Central - made by Precision Bearing and seals. Thought I would close out my own thread, possibly help someone else in the future. Part is stamped 472572.
