i assume your talking about your exhaust manifolds. Those are the air tubes. They inject air into the exhaust to lower emissions, even though all it does is dilute your emissions a bit, but oh well.

youll need them if your car goes through emissions checks, or if your car has safety inspections. check with a local garage on those details.
