Try Ebay, or your local online listings too.

I found a good deal on a set of glass tops for my 91 at a local swap meet, $50 including the bag.
When replacing the crappy plastic tops with glass ones, you'll have to remove your interior trim pieces and lower the top pin receivers pretty much all the way. The plastic tops have a metal bead around it for strength, but that makes them a bit thicker than the glass ones. If you don't tighten the receivers, you're going to have a big gap between the tops and seals. It's worth the effort though.

Not unless yours are shot (torn, cracked, crunchy, or crumbling). If they aren't leaking now, they shouldn't with the glass tops either.

Camaro69 is correct. I just did the whole job last fall on my '91 RS. (lost the drivers side at 80mph, that was dumb!) I found a great glass set on e-gay with new seals for the body for $200.00. I did the full monte and got the kit for the tops w/new drip rail peices and wx strip peices Take your time and move or remove the headlinner so you have access to the brackets that accept the t-top pins. It takes a while to get it right but its well worth it. My car is so quiet without the air noise and leaks I can really enjoy my magnaflow exhaust sound or loud R & R. Good luck!
