My 87 Camaro has been hesitating alot lately, and then just yesterday it wouldn't start, I figured it was just the battery going dead since I'm using a cheap generic battery but then while I was getting a jump off a buddy and then it stopped crankign over at all. So it either has to be my starter or my engine locked up right?

Well idk, so someone help me please.
