i have been debating which muffler to get for a while now. i want a nice tone but not to loudm i dont want it obnoxious but i would also like to hear it somewhat when im really on it. the only two mufflers i have seen that really seem to work on my car are dynomax superturbo or flowmaster 80 series....does anyone have either of these? how loud are they and which one sounds better? thanks

 

In my opinion I think that flowmasters sound the best. I have a set of 40 series and I love them.

 

i used to have the 80 series on my maro, had a nice idle, and was quiet until you stomped on it. a similar muffler that breathes better is the dynomax ultra flows. the oval case one is a litle louder then the flowmaster, but it also makes a nice tune, my uncle has it in his 5.0 stang.
