I am looking for a quick cheap HP boost for now. Waiting to go to boot, so I am not about to drop a ton of cash on my car, but it has plans to be upgraded to 350.

Right now I am running a rs 305 replaced my plugs with copper ones and new wires. K&N street racing air filter. Fresh liquids. The normal quick stuff to replace.

My big thing with finding a quick way to boost hp, is that I was raced by a Chrysler 300 - not sure which one it was. But they pretty much smoked my car right off the bat. So now I am looking for something to make my camaro a threat on the road if it has to defend its honor.

 

Best answer to your question: STOP racing on ther street and forget about that 305 TBI being fast. It was made as a grocery getter not a performance car.

 

could use nos but the motor would not last long. look for a 350 to put in it.
