Well maybe in an 86 they did away with it but I have seen some 82's thru 85's that have had them and the 84's and 85's that had them were tpi cars but either way I have seen some that didnt either like I said in the messageearlier it may have been changed out I am not the original owner of this car I just got it 4 mo ago and helped the guy that had it before me to change the motor in the car I know some things about the car but not all that is why I am building a new motor for the car and will strip the car all the way down to a shell before I put it back on the road

 

sorry there is a correction there the car did not have tune port injection (tpi) but had the carb version of fuel injection thotlle body injection (tbi) sorry my bad I had to look it up again I have been calling it the wrong thing
