so i just got my camaro its an 1990 RS LO3 TBI... iv been doing some reading and found that this year came with a z28 opition LB9 motor which i think is TPI... my qus is can i simply do a head swap which would change my cam replace the intake an wireing hareness and call it a day.. will it then be almost a LB9 motor? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thanks

What's your goal in converting to an LB9?

will i would be right around 250 hp i am sorry but 170 hp is not going to cut it but i dont have a lot of money would it be better to go carb?

Not worth the effort & money for such a small return in performace. You bought the wrong model & engine if you wanted performance. Sorry but it is a fact.[sm=chairshot.gif]
