Hey just wondering if anybody knew if Halo angel headlight were legal in the state of VA or anywhere else?

 

Shouldn't be. As long as you only use the halo's off road your safe. LOL

 

well i was looking on the internet and they kept saying that all the new BMW's have them on there and as long as they arent the Euro light it should be okay..... but i dont want to spend 179.00 on the lights and then get a ticket you know?
