Since my engine blew inside my 1996 V6 camaro, my friend is giving me a LT1 Police Package Engine & ECU to swap in, will this engine bolt right up to my wire harness and automatic transmission, if not what is needed?

no you will need the t56 4L60e tranny and brand new wiring harness. Also you'll have to re-fabricate the enginemounts so it will fit and bolt into the engine bay, same with the tranny.
