For the record, 70k miles on a 99 Vette, if it's a cold climate car where it's parked half the year, would be considered average to slightly high.

back to the topic, that's all moot if the seller is incapable of proving the miles

I ended up getting the cash together I pawnd my pair of 1911s and got 2300$ so I ended up having cash on hand
