Default Look for low 13 or 12sec 1/4 mile

I have a 1987 Camaro IROCZ with a 350 motor. It runs 14.6 1/4 mile with 273 gears. I have put LSD with 373 rear gears. Im want to make this car anywhere from a 12.5-13.0 1/4 mile. What is the best way to do this with keeping the same motor.

the gear change should make some good progress to your goal. is it carb'd, tbi or tpi? stock size? is it a stock cam, lifters and rockers?

i would say that the 3.73 gears will get you down to about 14 flat or near there. you could invest in a good exhaust system. 1 5/8" primary headers and a 3" exhaust will really help it breath. a good cam will also help. do you use this car for daily transportation, or do you have another vehicle to drive? is fuel economy at all important to you? there are a few more things you can do, but will really detract from the low end power and may make it difficult to drive everyday

its a 350 TPI Crate motor supposedly bored over .30
Car might have a mild cam but unsure
Stock trans with 2200 stall and shift kit
The car is driven 5 months out of the year
Fuel Economy isnt a concern as long as its reasonable for the power

long tube headers and some ported aluminum heads would be a good addition.
