I bought this car new in 86 but now that I'm over 50 I want a less harsh ride. Anybody else detuned the hard IROC ride? I'm putting new springs and shock to make it something I'll want to drive every day.

 

u could get an air ride suspension for it.

 

im sure someone will gladly trade you set of stock springs. if you are looking to soften up the springs, there isnt much offered aftermarket wise for softer. a local parts store might carry something. the lower the pound rating, the softer the spring

 

well its not gonna do much for performance but a good option is early third gen berlinetta springs. They were considered the " cadillac of camaros".

 

Buy a Honda....
