I have the chance to buy a low mile 350 .40 over comp cam lunati crank custom headers feuli vortec shaved heads
how difficult would it be to put that in a 91 with the 305 TBI?

Well if you are going to swap the TBI unit for a carb you will have to also swap the distributer and just lose the computer wiring which will all go towards the right side of the car. Keep the stuff that goes through the left bulkhead connector.
Oh and to the best of my knowledge there are no Vortec Fuelie heads. Fuely heads refer to heads that have two humps cast into the end. Also known as camel hump. They were popular in the old days for stock heads. Had 1.60 and 2.02 valves. If you have late model vortec heads that only use four bolts on each end to hold the intake on and you want to keep the TBI and need to keep an EGR on it then there is a tube that needs to be installed on the Vortec TBI intake that goes to an exhaust manifold. But id emissions are not in question then no problems there.
