89 camaro with 305 TBI car runs strong motor and tranny was rebuilt about 10,000 miles ago. Car has only 78,000 miles on it, but it has had only about 50 miles put on it in the last year. You maintain any speed the car begins to skip but hit gas and it stops. Going up a hill slowly it runs as if it is running out of gas. Have been told it could be all kinds of things.
