Default Engine swap now what?

I'm currently rebuilding a 350 engine off of an old (81) chevy truck, to put it in my 91 RS. has anyone done something similar, if so what will i need to change, buy, not buy? I'm doing the work myself and i haven't done any of this before. After i take the block to get it rebored, i really don't know what i'll be doing.
any advice will be appreciated.

Oh man you are in for it... jk. I am a novice when it comes to swapping for a different motor. I just swapped a 305 out of my 92 rs, for a 81- 83 350. My first troubles came with the flywheel. What tranny are you using?? Iwould reccomend pulling the tranny out with the motor. Then you can problem solve on your work bench. The crank on the new 350 was way bigger than my 305, and the bellhousing for my t5 tranny wasn't big enough to hold 168 tooth flywheel. Depending on what flywheel is currently on your car you may have to order one. Oreilly's found my perfect match. Then came the starter. I have a post called 305-350 starter prob. Youcan pretty much look up my previous posts for possible problems you may encounter. The guys on here are great! They have helped me a ton!!! Listen carefully to their instructions, and give as much detail when you run into a problem.

Thanks a lot. Sounds like i'm doing now what you just did (same engine, same transmission, hell, same body) I'll look that thread up.
