Default Engine Build

So i just purchased a 1983 camaro z28 with a 305 with a 700r4 tranny with a **** kit i love the car but the guy i bought it from has a 400 bored .030 making it a 406 he will sell me the whole motor for $150 so I am thinking of buying that but it needs a crank and i have been looking at cranks but don't know what a good company is for them or whether external balanced or internal balanced is better any help would be greatly appreciated.

eagle crank and rod kit is a good one for most chevy v8's and they are relativly cheap. my brother rebuilt his lt1 with them and it runs stronge.
