Default EFI to Carb

So I am building a 383 with a High Rise to drop into my breathless 1988 305 Trans AM.

I was under the misguided illusion that I would not have to sell one of my Kidneys to get a fuel regulator with a low presure out and a return line.

My question is has anybody know of a cheap option to do this?

I assume your using a carburetor and not EFI. If the engine your swapping in has the mechanical fuel pump I would just use that and no need to worry about using a fuel pressure regulator.
