Will the engine & trans out of a 4th gen camaro bolt in to a 3rd gen fairly easily with out to much modification?

 

what motor and trans are you looking to swap? im getting ready to swap a lt1 and t5 into one soonand by what ive been told its fairly easy swap wise..then you got the guages ti rewire or buy aftermarket guages.. if you go t56 youll need to have a custom driveshaft made..idk about a auto tho

 

what engine and trans are you looking to swap? 3.1, 3.4, 3.8, lt1, ls1? 4 speed auto, 5 speed, 6 speed? we need info!

 

Ls1 engine, 6 speed manual trans out of 01 Z28.

yes it can be done. you will need custom engine mounts, a custom trans mount, custom driveshaft, and everything required for the engine to run.

 

at least 13 times then.. lol
