350 tranny with a 2500 stall

You would also need to get an aftermarket frame mounted torque arm mount.
The driveshaft will need to be lengthened about 3".
Deciding on a stall speed isn't a number that gets picked out of a hat. It's based on how the engine is built (and where it makes peak torque), plus what you're willing to put up with.
A manual valve body is just that, no automatic features. You'll be shifting it like you would a manual trans, but without a clutch.

Yeah, the th350 isn't a direct bolt in. Shift linkage is different, cross member, and drive shaft length, not to mention there is no torque arm mount on a 350.
Find a 700R4 as 69 suggested, rebuild it, then do the swap in just a few hours.

All it takes is money.

I think he means how much can he resell the bad one for.
I really hope you don't sell it under the assumption of being a good transmission (ripping someone off). Being sold as a core, you could bring anywhere from $10-$100 for it. Probably closer to $10 since it's aluminum, but if someone is looking for a good rebuildable core you could get more than that.
