20" Irocs VS 18"Irocs

Default 20" Irocs VS 18"Irocs

My 87 Iroc is getting painted right now and i will be looking into getting Iroc repica wheels and tires. My question is wich would be the best fit 20" or 18" does anyone know if 20" will rub anywhere and wht is the best tire to put on them.thnaks

personal preference here, but 18"s are the absolute biggest i'd go on a 3rd gen. after that, they just start looking like crap.

Why don't you try a set of these wheels. They are called wagon wheels.

16s look best on an IROC. 17s max, and even that's a stretch.

I don't get the whole 'massive wheels, low-pro tires' look that people seem to think is so cool nowadays.

Ebony, for me it's more about performance. the lower the profile the tire, the less tire deflection and in return better response to steering inputs. but it only looks good with a certain size tire.

Get 17's at the most. After that, they start looking like those muscle cars that black people get a hold of, then lift them and slap on 24's n ****.

no they wont rub a friend of mine has an 89 rs and he has the 20 inch chrome iroc wheels and they fit like a shoe ......no rubbing at all....
