Can someone please tell me what 1985 camaros came with the 5.7l? Everytime i go to buy a part or something they tell me that they only went up to 5.0l but the block says it is a 5.7l. im confused

The 85 camaro did not come with a 5.7 liter motor. In 86 they started the first Z28 with a 5.7.
The engine was probable swapped from a newer camaro. Do you know if it's a TPI or TBI; When you go to buy parts just look it up under an 86 5.7 l.

 

I am not sure how to tell what type i have. Can you please help me out? If this helps any it has a 4 barrel carb with electronic choke
