I have a 95 camaro that had the original 3.4l in it. the man that sold me it said it had the 3.8 (he lied). i bought a 3.8 that was in a 96 and put it in the 95 body. well i have put the 96 computer and all that in the 95 body. got it all bolted up. the steering column from the 95 didnt agree with the 96 computer. the security light stayed on and wouldnt allow the motor to turn over. so i put the 96 steering column that came with the motor in the 95 car. so now i have the 95 body ( originally had the 3.4) and a 96 motor (3.8), computer and steering column in the car. now the security light is off and the motor will turn over. but the fuel pump isnt pumping gas to the motor. the fuel pump is still good, bc i tested it and it pumpe gas out. how can i get the fuel pump by-passed so it will let the motor get gas. or what do i need to due. please, any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

keep it simple and check you fuel relay and fuses.

ok next you can either use a switch from the battery, or find a ignition hot in your fuses and power the relay that way.
