Default Blown Head Gasket?

I just got a 91 RS handed down to me.

Its got a V6 with an automatic.

When the motor heats up it starts to run porly. Put it in drive and it has a rough idle. The exaust seems to be white when its heated up and leaks oil from one of the heads. The fluids do not seam to be contaminated.

What do you guys think?

I am not sure what the problem could be by your description, But I suspect a sensor problem, However; do a compression test to verify the status of the head gaskets.
