we have a 2.8 tpi motor that runs rich and seams to run better with the maf off dont make sence to me any help.

 

You should have a code in your system. The fact the car runs better with the MAF unplugged is no surprising. In fact that is a common test we do. Unplugging the MAF forces the ecm into LHM. It indicates there is a sensor giving bad information.

I'm not sure what it is because someones butchered the vac lines and I'm not sure what goes where or what sencers are there and the ones that aren't.
