Havingfirmer shiftswith less slipping is supposed to make the clutches last longer. But it also puts more stress on everything else down the line.How much banging can the stock rearend take?

ok, so i finally got WOT to 3rd gear. the tranny slams into that gear too.

but it slushes into 3rd at anything under WOT, still slaps 2nd

I got to shift into 3rd under WOT today, and mine didn't slap. Still slaps into second, but not third.
