Could you tell me where the resister is located?

Welcome, I could tell you but can't explain things very well. What I have done is bought every book I could find on my car. Then I would look up the wiring diagram and hunt the resister down. On my car it is under the hood mounted in the heater box right next to the blower motor.

If it was the resistor, your fan would still work, but only one or maybe two speeds.
To answer where it's located, look at the video.
But since it's not working at all, you need to do some tracing with a meter or test light to find where the loss is at.
Obvious one, have you checked the fuse? Is there power at the harness on the resistor? Is there power at the switch?
