Exhaust system is finished and installed, engine is now ready for initial start.

I have a few small things to take care of before the initial start, but a video with sound is definitely expected. Hopefully soon!

 

On wheels and outside for the first time in 25 years, attempted to start the engine for the first time, engine turns over but will not fire. I’ll post results when I figure it out.

Sorry for the delayed response, I had first startup a few weeks ago and it didn't go well, but not horrible. I have no throttle pedal (DBW) and it was missing on 2 cylinders, so it sounded like a shotgun being unloaded. I've fixed the miss and fueling problems and it runs great except for the throttle issues. I had to get an SSR pedal online and tested it with the engine and it works flawlessly, so now it was sent off to Lokar with their pedal to be cloned. This thing is LOUD!, along the lines of a Late Model firing up in the pits, or a group of Harleys with open pipes. I may have to do something about that, it scared the crap out of my wife when she turned the key. I'll update soon, hopefully with video.

 

Finally got it started and running, it sounds great

Can you make a youtube account? I use to put everything on photo bucket but they have made it a pain unless you have a paid subscription.

 

Got it running after having Lokar clone an SSR pedal to my Lokar pedal and installing a pair of Acura RSX seats.
