I am getting a 87 camaro and speedometer dont work and i really wanna get after market gauges for this car.Where is the best place to get them from.And how?

 

autometer gauges, but theyre expensive and all custom. other than that i would personally just fix whats wrong with those

if you are going with after market gauges you will need to replace your speedo cable with a different one. the stock cable wont stay on your aftermarket gauge. I just went to orielly's and the guy just started looking at different years of camaros that had the right connection. The one i ended up getting was from a 75 Camaro I think. It is 83" long which is 3" longer than your stock one but it had the right ends. I will try and remember to post some pics up when i get home of what the ends look like. oh and by the way i have a complete custom gauge setup in my 89 RS. I didnt install the gauges they were in when i bought the car. but i did install the speedo cable.
